URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are working hard to achieve the right balance between protecting our clients and staff from the deadly coronavirus and maintaining work on our clients files. We have already closed our offices to the general public and are now only speaking with clients over the telephone or via video-link. We have today made the decision to scale back further the staff who remain within our office. This means that almost all our staff will be working remotely from their home addresses.
Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure that work continues, and we are well geared up for home working, it would be unrealistic to expect that this pandemic will not cause some level of disruption and delay. This could be due to increased levels of staff illness, or due to the postal system taking longer than normal to distribute letters.
We ask that you be patient with us, communicate where possible via electronic means, and understand that these are unprecedented times where all businesses are going to feel the strain. At the heart of every business is a human being, with family and friends, many of whom may be already being affected by this pandemic. We hope that you will therefore be kind and understanding to everyone at this very difficult time.
