If you find yourself facing up to criminal or motoring offences, I am here to give you expert advice and ensure the best possible outcome.  Specialising in all aspects of criminal law, I have a particular interest in fraud and motoring cases and head both the firm’s criminal and motoring defence teams.

Having originally been called to the Bar back in 2003, I cross-qualified to become a Solicitor-Advocate.  I am also a qualified Duty Solicitor.  I am therefore able to represent people or organisations not only in the Police Station or Magistrates’ Court but also in the Crown Court or Court of Appeal, which means no matter how long your case continues I am there to advise and support you throughout the process.

If you want an experienced and sensible lawyer to be with you from the moment of arrest or interview,  with the ability to maintain continuity of representation throughout your entire case, then I am able to provide that unique service for you.  I am also a qualified mediator, and have been since 2003, which has given me the skill set to help me to work with you on the best solution in the shortest possible time so you can concentrate on getting on with your life.

Outside of law, I have a keen interest in football.  I am Chairman and one of the Directors of Coalville Town Football Club.   I also edit the match day programme.   I also enjoy long dog walks and have a fondness for spending my spare time in and around Snowdonia and North Wales.
