I am a solicitor within the Family and Care team, representing parents and family members in a range of proceedings including Local Authority care applications and private law cases such as Child Arrangements Orders, Parental Responsibility Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Declarations of Parentage Orders, and Special Guardianship Orders.

My expertise spans also includes areas of family law, including divorce, civil partnership dissolutions, cohabitation disputes, separation, domestic abuse, and the financial and property matters that arise from the breakdown of relationships.

As a committed member of Resolution, I adhere to its principles of constructive, non-confrontational dispute resolution. I am also an Accredited Specialist with Resolution, focusing on Children Law Private and Domestic Abuse cases. I am dedicated to guiding clients through often challenging and emotionally charged situations with a practical, realistic, and supportive approach.

Additionally, I am proficient in verbal Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, allowing me to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and provide more accessible support to those who prefer to converse in these languages.
