Partners implement enhanced holiday and benefit package
We are delighted to announce that Mander Cruickshank Solicitors has implemented a new holiday allowance for all team members to commence from 1 July 2023. This new policy increases the basic number of holiday days from 20 to 28 days, providing our employees with more time to relax, recharge, and spend time with their loved ones.
At Mander Cruickshank Solicitors, we value the hard work and dedication of our team members. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and we want to ensure that our team members have the opportunity to enjoy their time off to the fullest.
In addition to the increased holiday allowance, we are also introducing a new incentive scheme that offers staff members the chance to win up to two additional holiday days, or alternatively cash prizes or vouchers. This scheme will reward employees with not just a prize on their birthday, but an additional prize on each and every anniversary of their joining Mander Cruickshank.
There will also be additional loyalty days added, one for each year of service, up to a maximum of five, meaning that all team members who have five or more years service may have up to 35 days of holiday in a year, and this of course excludes bank holidays which will be in addition to this total.
We believe that this new holiday allowance and incentive scheme will further enhance our employee benefits package and demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our team members. We are confident that this will help to foster a positive and supportive work environment, where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
