MANDER CRUICKSHANK RETAIN LEXCEL ACCREDITATION FOR 2021
Mander Cruickshank Solicitors are proud to announce that we have secured re-accreditation with the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, Lexcel.
Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards. To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, the practice must undergo a rigorous independent assessment every year with on-site visit from an independent experienced trained Lexcel assessor to ensure that standards of excellence in areas such as client care, legal case handling and risk management are met.
Kathryn Hicklin, Partner, at Mander Cruickshank Solicitors said “We are very proud to maintain our long standing accreditation with Lexcel. We strive to provide the highest standards of professionalism and we are very pleased that this recognises our ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality of service and best practice”.
The partners were particularly pleased that the assessor identified 16 areas of good practice within the firm.
