Coalville Office – Opening Hours
We are delighted to announce that after an unprecedented length of time with our door firmly shut to the public due to Coronavirus, we now have the necessary safety features in place to enable us to once again open our front door.
From 9am tomorrow, our Coalville Office will open, to enable our clients to drop off paperwork, have paperwork copied, and for identification processes to take place.
The office will not yet be open for appointments, as many of our staff are still working remotely. Appointments via videolink will continue to be available as they have been throughout.
To ensure the safety of our staff and our clients, only one person may enter our reception area at any one time. Use of the antibacterial hand gel upon entry is mandatory, and clients will only be permitted into a small sectioned off area of our reception, which is partitioned behind a clear plastic screen.
We do however insist that anyone who is feeling unwell, or has any of the known symptoms of Coronavirus, stay away from our Offices.
